Smile!

I shouldn't have waited so long to put Noelle in this outfit. The bottoms are more like capri tights now instead of being full leggings! The smiley shirt will fit her for a while and so will her other long pants. We will need long pants on our trip to Sea World and I'm going to have to take a binder clip to hold her in them! They are 6-12 months but skinny butt has at least an inch give that needs to be cinched up!
